Ken Tck — ParkCity Damansara is the new ParkCity Group township at Kwasa Damansara, branded PJ East — a joint venture with EPF-owned Kwasa Land for over 9,000 homes. Its first phase, Zenia, is three-storey terrace and high-rise: no semi-detached, no bungalows and no land plots.
ParkCity Damansara sits in the south-eastern corner of Kwasa Damansara, a precinct branded PJ East, bordering Kota Damansara to the north and Ara Damansara and Tropicana to the south. It is developed by ParkCity Damansara Sdn Bhd — part of the ParkCity Group behind Desa ParkCity — in joint venture with Kwasa Land, the EPF-owned master developer. The group's CEO has described it as a continuation of Desa ParkCity in a new location.
It is a separate township from Desa ParkCity, which is in Kepong. The first phase, Zenia, launched in March 2026 across 55 acres with 1,085 units: 442 three-storey ParkHomes classified as terrace, at RM 2.4 million to RM 5.06 million depending on source, and 643 high-rise CondoVillas from about RM 1.3 million. Completion is scheduled for 2029 to 2030 and the tenure is leasehold.
Being straight about what this means for a landed buyer: Ken works semi-detached, bungalow and land only, and ParkCity Damansara currently offers none of those. The landed product is terrace. If you want genuine semi-D or bungalow stock in the Kwasa Damansara corridor, Daya Residence has been reported with semi-detached from around RM 2.65 million and bungalows from around RM 4.02 million — and Ken covers the established landed markets immediately next door in Kota Damansara, Tropicana and Damansara Perdana.

Zenia launched March 2026: ParkHomes terrace reported at RM 2.4 million to RM 4.3 million by one source and RM 2.8 million to RM 5.06 million by another, with CondoVillas from RM 1.3 million to RM 1.55 million. Township size is cited as over 400 acres in the joint-venture release and 600 acres in later marketing. No transaction history exists yet.
