Ken Tck — The Ridgewood is the top tier of Desa ParkCity — just 30 two-storey bungalows and semi-detached homes on a hillside along Jalan Desa Bistari, gated and guarded with a single entry and exit, freehold, by Perdana ParkCity.
The Ridgewood sits at the top of Desa ParkCity's landed hierarchy — 30 units only, arranged along a hillside on Jalan Desa Bistari, split between two-storey bungalows and semi-detached homes. It is gated and guarded with a single controlled entry and exit, which at this unit count means genuine privacy rather than nominal security.
Land starts from around 4,700 square feet, all freehold, developed by Perdana ParkCity — the Samling Group company behind the whole 473-acre township. It launched in 2008 between RM 1.84 million and RM 3 million.
Current reported pricing spans roughly RM 9.8 million to RM 34.6 million, at about RM 654 to RM 3,049 per square foot, with bungalow asking prices seen between RM 16.5 million and RM 19.8 million and semi-Ds between RM 9.8 million and RM 16 million. That appreciation from a 2008 launch is the clearest single illustration of what Desa ParkCity has done to landed values.
